Commission Order Form

 

If you don’t feel like e-mailing me manually or sending me a note on DA, you’re welcome to fill out this form to order a commission from me. Do not feel pressured to use the form! I realize it’s long and a bit of a beast. You are more than welcome to send me an e-mail or a note on DA, and we can slowly work through your order that way! The form is simply to save time on both ends.

Below each field is a description of the content that I require for each field. The Required fields are marked, and the ones that are unmarked are optional.

If you're unsure about any of the fields, fill out what you can, and ask questions in the fields and I'll respond in my reply.

Please type the name you prefer I call you by and the name that will be listed alongside your commission.
I will not use your real name when posting a commission unless you list it as your preferred name.

I just need your e-mail so I can contact you in reply. If you're worried about giving me your e-mail, feel free to view my privacy policy for more information.

Whether you're looking for a drabble commission or a by-the-day commission. If you're ordering the latter, please list how many days you want and whether or not you want to see the progress.

How much the short story will cost in total. This is more so I know you're aware about how the story will cost.

Here is where you list the characters you want me to use in the story. It's honestly best if you provide links to detailed profiles, but if you haven't listed the information elsewhere, you're more than welcome to type it all in here. Just please list the informaton in an organized manner.

If you haven't listed the information anywhere else, please provide a short summary of your characters' relationship. You're welcome to provide a link to where that information would be.

If you want the main characters to reference any secondary characters, please list their information here. I will only use these characters if the opportunity arises, so if you want one of these characters to be used, please list them as a main character. And please make sure to include these characters' relationship with the main characters.

What you're looking for genre-wise in the story, such as romance, action, adventure, angst, and so on.

If you have any plot ideas for the story, or a jumping point for me to begin with, please list it here. If you're completely stumped, feel free to browse my list of themes. If you honestly cannot think of anything, please write that in the form, and I'll try to brainstorm with you.

If you want something extremely specific to happen between your characters, such as a line of dialogue or a specific interaction, please let me know here.

Please give me a bit (or a lot) of information about the setting your characters live in.
For example, is it an everyday setting? Is it a historical setting? Is it a futuristic setting? Please give me as much detail as you feel is necessary.

If there are events between the characters that you've already written about or someone else has already written about or something you just don't want written about, let me know here.
I'd hate to rewrite something you already have or write something you don't want!

I've noticed a lot of people with theme songs for their characters, and I think that's pretty awesome! Youtube links are preferred, but not necessary. This is obviously very, very optional.
