Tag Descriptions
These descriptions basically explain the tags in a ridiculously technical tone for those of you looking for something specific or unsure of what a tag means. Generally, they’re probably obvious, but just in case they’re not, I’ve listed them all here for you! You can also click on most of the tags and they’ll list all of the chapters and short stories that contain these sexual acts. You will still have to scroll through the story to find it, but it’s another option of finding scenes with these tags!
Pairings: M means Male, F means Female, and ??? describes an other-worldly being that has a sex organ but doesn’t associate with either gender. Hermaphrodites are listed under the gender they associate with, but they also contain the “Herm” tag which will means the character possesses both sex organs.
Group: This describes scenes with more than two partners engaging in sex.
Sex: This describes scenes using the basic penis in vagina principle of sexual intercourse.
Oral: This describes scenes using oral sex.
Anal: This describes scenes using anal sexual intercourse.
Solo Masturbation: This describes scenes where someone masturbates alone, and this tag includes solo anal stimulation.
Masturbation: This describes scenes where someone masturbates someone else, such as giving the reach around during anal sex.
Fingering: This describes scenes where someone masturbates someone else using their fingers, both vaginally and anally. It is separate from the other masturbation for some reason. This is not to be mistaken for the placement of the fingers for playing different notes on a musical instrument.
Frot: This describes scenes wherein the partners rub their penises together. These scenes do not usually contain genies coming out of a penis from the result.
One-Sided: This describes scenes where one character gets something out of a sexual situation whereas the other partner is indifferent. This is not to be confused with scenes where one character doesn’t want to be in the sexual situation and the other character forces it on them.
Light Bondage/Power Struggle: This describes scenes with simple bondage (such as with ropes) where the bound character still has the ability to escape and generally tries to escape.
Bondage: The bondage tag describes scenes with still fairly simple bondage where the bound character cannot move at all.
Non-Con: This describes scenes that contain non-consensual sex.
Violence: This describes scenes that contain a good amount of violence during sex.
Light Asphyxiation: This describes scenes where one character is asphyxiated for sexual pleasure. The “light” either describes that it doesn’t last long or one of the characters isn’t into it and stops the other one.
Furry: This describes scenes where the people engaging in sex are anthropomorphic animal characters with human traits and genitalia.
Description: This describes scenes where one or more characters describe a sex scene to another to try to get off. This includes phone or chat sex. Usually what the description contains will be listed in brackets after the word in smut shortcuts, but the tag will not contain brackets.
Gender Play: The gender play tag describes scenes where one or more character bends the general gender roles of sexual intercourse. This can be done with toys, such as strap-ons, or simply with the dynamic between the characters.
Orgasm Denial: The orgasm denial tag describes scenes where one character denies the other of their orgasm. Usually the one character works the character to the point of orgasm, but stops before they’re able to release and prevents the character from being able to finish the job themself.
Underwear Fetish: The underwear fetish tag describes scenes where lingerie is fetishized by at least one character. The underwear is often women’s underwear, and the underwear itself is usually entangled in the sexual act, either with one character wearing the underwear or the underwear being fondled by a character.
